Instructions

  1. When playing the Apphirmations, they automatically play one after the other, and loop back to the first one.
  2. There are silent gaps between each Apphirmation for optimal results.
  3. Ideally you play Apphirmations as a soft whisper during the night and/or day.
  4. It is important to go through the playlist in chronological order because each day builds on the previous one. IIt can be beneficial to play a playlist 24 hours or more. It is less effective to listen to more than one playlist in one day
